Observation: Lids, bowls and containers storing food items throughout facility in poor sanitary condition. Many of these items require cleaning. .
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all bowls, lids and containers in facility where accumulation of food debris has occurred.
Any batter bowls are to be washed and sanitized at the end of the day. DO NOT leave these items for reuse for the next day without washing. Accumulation of batter along sides of bowl indicates multiple days use of batter.

- Opened bags of flour and MSG found at facility

- Transfer food from aluminum cans into food grade container for long term storage in cooler units
- Scoops are to be removed from containers and properly washed and sanitized between uses
