Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Quats spray sanitizer measured at 50 ppm. Surfaces cannot adequately sanitized.
Correction: Quats sanitizer must be at 200ppm. This was corrected at time of inspection.

Vegetable cutter was improperly washed and still had food debris on it. It was told by staff that the vegetable cutter is only thoroughly cleaned once a week. This may cross-contaminate pathogens onto foods. Utensil was put away as "clean"
Correction: Re-wash , rinse, and sanitize the vegetable cutter prior to its use. The vegetable cutter must be thoroughly washed and sanitized after very use NOT once per week!

Knives were improperly washed and still had food debris on them. It was told by staff the knives are only washed once per day. Knives stored as "clean" in knife rack.
Correction: Re-wash and sanitize the knives prior to use. Obtain more knives for staff and ensure that the knives are washed and sanitized every two hours.
