Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #TCHN-C98MUY

Prep cooler (salad) found to be holding at 6.1°C at time of inspection. Thermometer stored inside read 5.0°C.
Technician has been in on Nov 29, operator is awaiting parts for replacement. Replacement/repair expected to be within this week.

In meantime, potentially hazardous products can be stored in this unit for 4 hours only. Products that are held for longer should be discarded as per food safety plan.
