Comments

Code 304 addressed - Less flies in the kitchen. However, fly straps are still hanging over the server's area. Replace with commercial type coils for better results. Code 306 corrected - cleaning done underneath cooking equipment especially the deep fryers. Continue to clean especially hard to reach areas. Some old equipment have been replaced. New deep fryers and upright cooler has been installed. More renovations required to continue to improve conditions in the kitchen. Roof has been replaced. All ceiling tiles are to be replaced. All improvements to be discussed with the operator.
