Routine inspection. Note: No changes to menu items has been made. Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers at 4c. Freezers at -22c. Hot holding units found at >60c. Buffet unit found at >60c. Dhaal was probed at 63c. Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration. Dishwasher reached 50ppm concentration for rinse cycle. All foods are being stored off the floor. Dry storage area is in sanitary condition. Employees observed to have proper protective equipment (aprons/uniforms). Operator onsite has foodsafe certification. Overall facility is in sanitary condition. APC pest control is contracted for pest control inspections. Recommendation: Operator to provide a copy of last pest control inspection report. Reminder: Ensure to pay health permit fee(s) as required immediately upon receiving any invoices from Fraser Health.
