Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - a wet wiping cloth was left on the cookline counter. Sanitizer bucket was visibly soiled with food debris at start of inspection. Quats at 50 ppm in bucket.
- ensure wet wiping cloths are in the sanitizer bucket between uses. Regularly change the sanitizer buckets when visibly soiled or Quats concentration is < 200ppm.

- Ensure all handsinks are supplied with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towels at all times. Handsinks must be free from obstructions at all times. Bar Handsink was refilled with paper towels during inspection.

- all coolers (walkin cooler, cookline inserts, beer cooler) are at < 4 Degrees Celsius
