Paper based inspection Report #F00242178: Food warehouse Walk-in coolers were at 1-3 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C or colder. Non-potentially hazardous foods were stored on pallettes and shelves. Pest control monitoring in place. Washroom provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Delivery trucks were clean at 4-5 deg C. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
