Comments

- Handsinks in kitchen, front servery and washrooms are adequately stocked.
- All coolers - 2 prep and 3 upright coolers- are less than 4C. NOTE: Display cooler used for deserts is measured at 7C, adjust the setting so that it is measured less than 4C
- Freezers in storage area are operational
- SAnitizer solution in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm quats
- Hot holding units are greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 78C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Back storage area is satisfactory
