Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Front insert cooler at 4c.
Under the counter cooler at 3c.
Walkin cooler at 4c.
Walkin freezer at -18c.
Hot holding at 60c or above.
Temperature logs are available.
Quat sanitizer in spray bottles available at 200ppm concentration.
Bottles are labelled appropriately.
Quat sanitizer in 3 compartment sink at dispenser at 200ppm concentration.
Overall sanitation is adequate.
Overall equipment throughout facility is in good condition.
