Observation: The second compartment of the 3-compartment sink was observed to be leaking water into the first compartment.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the metal part separating the two compartments of the sink so that the leak is fixed since it affects the amount of water that can be held in the second compartment of the sink. Ensure that this is repaired within 2 weeks.

-Ensure that there is temperature tracking for non-refrigerated condiments and chopped vegetables.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 76 C at the plate level.
Temperature records were up to date.
No evidence of pests. Pest control invoice on site.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
