1 Underneath the storage racks in dry storage room not kept in sanitary manner.
2 Grease spills noted under grill machine
3 liquid is leaking from the Lemonade dispenser and pooring on the floor.
4 Water is leaking from handsink in Front of House and pooling on the woodenn cupboard.
