Comments

-Premises and equipment maintained in a sanitary condition
-Handsink outside of bar was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Handsink inside the bar was sullied with hot and cold running water and paper towel accessible but lacked liquid soap *See above violation
-Walk-in cooler was 4C
-Glasswasher was operational and capable of sanitizing glasses. 100ppm chlorine detected on glass after cycle. *Ensure test strips are present and sanitizer is checked daily prior to opening
-Bleach sanitizer solution (200ppm chlorine) present in spray bottle.
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection. Pest control contract in place.
-Premises not in operation at the time of the inspection. Ensure that when in operation, 1 person is present who has completed Foodsafe level 1. Note that Foodsafe level 1 certificates which were issued prior to 29-Jul-2013 have now expired (as of 29-Jul-2018). See foodsafe.ca for information regarding recertification.
