With regards to the outstanding correction order: - hot and cold running water supply returned to handsink, however fixture is still not secured; manager advised that a work order already in place to affix it (owner to forward confirmation of work or details of service arrangement) - leaking cooler units have been repaired - proper cooling procedures observed: multiple food items stored on ice bath to cool down, no "just cooked" foods stored in walk-in cooler Correction order will be left standing as it has not been fully complied with (re: securing of handsink) --> future non-compliance WILL result in issuance of violation tickets and/or other enforcement actions.
