Observation: 1) The operator has yet to provide an updated Food Safety Plan (FSP) as required by the inspection report DSOG-ANCQLE.
2) The operator has not began a temperature log.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Submit an updated Food Safety Plan (FSP) by August 17th, 2017. A consultation has been scheduled to assist the operator with developing a FSP on August 14th, 2017.
2) Begin a temperature log and keep records for min three months.
Date to be corrected: Immediately.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: 1) The back prep sink is leaking. There is pooling of water underneath the sink. The splash board is in poor condition.
2) There is significant gap on the bottom of the gates in the delivery area.
3) Missing light covers in the main kitchen.
4) Leaking faucet at the two compartment sink. The splash board behind the two compartment sink is in poor condition.
5) The toilet and handwashing sink are not secure in the staff washroom. There is a leaky pipe and pooling of water as a result.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Fix the leak. Do not use this sink until the pipes are fully sealed. Replace the splash board.
2) Seal the gap on the bottom of the gates in the delivery area.
3) Install light covers in the main kitchen.
4) Fix the leaky faucet. Install back splash board behind the two compartment sink.
5) Properly secure the toilet and handwashing sink. Fix the leak.
These are repeat violations. Failure to correct these deficiencies will lead to further enforcement.
