Observation: 1.Single use plastic containers not properly sanitized, food debris and label glue still on outside of containers. Single use containers are being manually washed.
2.Water glasses and sushi trays are stacked on top of each other not allowing proper air drying.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all containers follow the proper dishwashing procedures: wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry. If dishes are manually washed they must still follow the proper dishwashing procedures and include a sanitizing step. All clean but wet dishes must be allowed to air dry before being stacked and put away.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small plastic single use food containers are being used multiple times.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all single use containers are used only once then are discarded. DO NOT WASH and REUSE single use containers. Discussed with owner last routine inspection. Single use containers are not designed to be used more then once.

Follow-Up Inspection:
-Back single comp sink hot water tap repaired. Hand sink is now fully supplied.
-All handsinks have hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
-No signs of pest activity noted or use of poison bait in facility
-No cooling being conducted at time of inspection
-Water jugs appear to be maintained in sanitary condition
-Scoops with handles hanging outside of the product have replaced bowls used as scoops in dry bulk food containers
-Commercial ventilation hood and fire suppression system has been serviced

***Raw wooden counter by front sushi bar handsink and janitor closet hole still requires repairs - operator will repair items later this Summer (before next routine inspection)
