Observation: Light bulb in walk in cooler is still missing cover. This is outstanding from the previous inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Install cover on light bulb in walk in cooler. Cover should be in place so that if bulb breaks, food will be protected from glass particles. Correction date: November 1/16

General sanitation is satisfactory although some attention in back storage area under shelving to remove miscellaneous debris. This is important to ensure that harbourage areas for rodents are not created.
Hot and cold running water was available
Liquid soap and paper towel present at handwashing station and in staff and public washrooms.
Sandwich line cooler at 4C
Hot holding of soup 60-63C
Walk-in cooler was at 2C. Foods in storage were covered.
Walk-in freezer was at -12C
Temperatures are being checked twice daily. Records were up to date. Ensure corrective action is recorded when temperature requirements are not met.
Sanitizer (200ppm quats) was available from dispenser at 3 compartment sink and in spray bottles.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection
