Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One cooler in the back with single door, was reading 8C.
Corrective Action(s): Temperature records were reviewed, cooler was able to maintain 3C earlier in the day.
ALL PHF from fridge was moved to fridge that can be maintained at 4C and lower.
Do not use fridge with single door until 4C or lower can be maintained.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer from three spray bottles measured 0ppm. Operator explained that spray bottles are changed out ever 24h.
Corrective Action(s): New sanitizer from disposer was put into spray bottles and re measured with test strips around 200ppm.
Ensure that sanitizer spray bottles are replaced every 4 to 6 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops placed in bins, handle was touching food product.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that handles are not touching food product or kept in a clean separate container.

Observation: One fridge in the back with single door unable to maintain 4C or lower.
Internal temperature of the fridge was 8C.

Two compartment sink, with plugs. Reviewed process with operator, satisfactory.
QUAT sanitizer from dispenser, about 200ppm.

No signs of pests during inspection.
