*Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 11, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B4HT5D)

- Hand washing stations were clear of obstructions
- No perishable foods stored in the drinks cooler
- Noted compartment in the three compartment cooler at the front area is now maintaining 4C or less
- Temperature logs are being kept for all coolers

*Manual method for washing and rinsing is permitted until 5:00 PM, September 12, 2018. Failure to completely repair the dishwasher by 5:00 PM, September 12, 2018 will result in a closure order.
*Follow these instructions for washing equipment
1. Wash all equipment in sink #1 using detergent and warm water
2. Rinse equipment with clean water in sink #2
3. Sanitize equipment in dishwasher
4. Allow equipment to air dry before use
