Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The 2-door reach-in cooler in the back of the facility was noted with an ambient air temperature of 8.0C. The top cold rail was holding food between 8.5C - 13.9C. The internal temperatures of all the food held within this cooler were also taken (picture evidence collected during the process). Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Please obtain chlorine test strips so that staff and operator could test the concentration to ensure there is adequate amount present for sanitizing food contact items. Reminder to add 1/2 to 1 tsp of bleach per 1 L water for 100 - 200 PPM chlorine residual.
Violation Score: 5
