Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop found stored in ice bins (bar area). Bottled drinks found stored in ice bins.
Corrective Action(s): Keep ice scoops stored in clean sanitized container. Keep drinking ice separate from ice storing bottled alcohol to keep it cold.

Kitchen area:
Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Cold-holding units were at 4 deg C or colder.
Freezers were at -18 deg C or colder.
Hot-holding of food was above 60 deg C.
High temp. dishwasher reached >74 deg C at plate surface.
Food items were protected from contamination.
Pest control in place. No signs of pests noted at time of visit.
Temperature logs were available and up to date.
General sanitation was good. Floor, walls, equipment, etc. were in sanitary condition.
Lounge area:
Hand sink was adequately maintained. Glass ware washer had 12.5 ppm iodine residual.
Bar area:
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quat sanitizer in buckets/spray bottles measured 200 ppm.
Glassware washers had 12.5 ppm iodine residual.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition and equipment functioning properly.
