Observation: Substantial mould build up observed in top side portion of ice maker. Unit was turned off at time of inspection by Manager.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the top portion of the ice maker. This must be done on a regular basis ie quarterly. Decal on unit states it was last serviced in october 2020.
