Observation: Found multiple items in the store that do not have labels on them including repackaged butter, spices, lentils and injera bread.
Corrective Action(s): Premises does not have permission to repackage nor produce injera. Stop selling all unlabelled products immediately. All products must come from an approved source, and must be labelled with name of product, address product was made and the ingredients.
This is a repeat offense.

Observation: Found open bags of spices and other dried goods at the back of the store along with a scale and scoop.
Corrective Action(s): All opened items must be in pest proof containers. Premises does not have permission to repackage food items at this time therefore all bulk food should be in sealed original packaging.

- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection.
- Hand sink had liquid soap, hot and cold water. Must have paper towel by hand sink at all times as well
NOTE: If wish to repackage in the future must apply for approval. A 3 compartment sink and an area for repackaging is required.
