Routine inspection conducted.

Front counter:
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. Staff adequate hand washing noted at the time of this inspection.
- Display cooler measured at or below 40F(4C). all under counter fridges measured at or below 40F. Sandwich cooler measured at or below 40F. Cutting board on the unit noted clean and maintained
- Soup hot holding measured at or above 60 degree C.
- QUAT sanitizer available with 200-400 ppm residue. Cutting boards and other food contact surfaces are to be frequently sanitized with proper sanitizer.

Bakery/ Kitchen:

- All coolers measured at or below 40F. All freezers measured at or below 0 F (-18 degree C).
- Chlorine 50ppm detected in dishwasher final rinse water. Implements stored properly. Clean and used dishware separation observed.
- Meat slicer observed clean with no build ups. Dough mixer also noted clean and maintained.
- Food stored in coolers noted properly covered.
- Pest proof containers available for flour storage.
- No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date. Fly control devices noted. Ensure to replace fly strip and ensure to hang strip above where there is no food prep station.
- Dry storage maintained. Please ensure to remove and discard items that are not needed for operation.
- 200-400 ppm QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottles.

General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Mop sink available. Staff observed sweep and clean floor, hard surfaces and equipment at the time of this inspection.
- Dry storage maintained.
- Pest control is managed by pest control company.
- Customer washrooms maintained.
- Food contact surfaces maintained clean.
