Follow-up inspection to report #246806 -Left prep cooler has been serviced and noted at 4 C at insert and under -Right prep cooler has been replaced with new unit on Aug 17, 2019. Noted at 3 C at insert and 2 C under. **Correction Order Rescinded -Cabinet under coffee machine has been cleaned -Ice scooper at bar has been stored in sanitary container outside of ice -Pest control provided by Terminex on a bi-monthly service plan - report provided for July. *Recommend having pest control techs leave written report/ recommendations for customer. Online invoice includes general services conducted and cost of service. ***Cleaning still required in the back as per last inspection - ensure regular cleaning of all hard to reach areas and fans within a monthly cleaning schedule
