Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Due to short power outage, undercounter cooler behind prep line is not currently working. Cold potentially hazardous foods were being stored inside this cooler at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to transfer all products to a working cooler immediately. Staff transferred all items to the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection
