Routine inspection: No changes to operation. Warehouse and distribution only. No repackaging. Walk in cooler at 1-2 degrees C. Walk in freezer at -13 degrees C. Operator mentioned recent activity in/out of the walk in freezer. Ensure -18 degrees C or less. All foods stored off the floor on pallets and shelves. Pest control services in place. Latest pest control record indicates activity inside the warehouse. Many traps observed in the warehouse. No rodents observed caught in traps at time of inspection. Discussed COVID-19 safety protocols with operator. Ensure a written COVID-19 safety plan is kept onsite and available for review.
