Routine Inspection conducted today. Facility to re-package candy only. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs spray bottle at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Chemicals stored separate from food preparation area. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests observed. Pest Control Company contracted out monthly. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
