Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - B89R6C: New plastic scoops for dispensing bulk dry products purchased and available for use. Ensure these scoops are maintained in a sanitary manner at all times. Regular cleaning is required. Operator to use other Sun Farm location equipped with manual warewashing for proper cleaning. Non compliance with this will result in the termination of bulk food dispensing at this location. Dry product bins in front area bins kept closed. Scoops stored outside of food product. Back exterior garbage and cardboard bin area thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning completed underneath shelves in retail area. ***Back storage area clean and organized. All food now stored off the floor. However further cleaning still required. Mouse droppings observed onto shelves. Contact your pest control technician to do an assessment and take necessary actions to address mouse issue. Followup inspection in 1 month.***
