*Follow-up to inspection conducted on October 31, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B63UBY)

- Dishwasher is now supplied with chlorine sanitizer. 50 ppm chlorine measured at the final rinse.
- Ice machine has been cleaned
- Dessert cooler is currently not in use. Operator states that the cooler temperature is too low (-1C).
- Cleaning has been performed in most of the areas noted for rodent droppings. Beer storage room still requires attention. No new signs of rodent activity observed in cleaned areas.
- Pest control reports still need to be obtained and kept on-site. Call your pest control company for the 3 most recent reports and send copies to the health inspector.

*Clear up clutter in the beer storage room to allow for easier cleaning
