Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two buckets of yogurt observed to be stored under room temperature. Internal temperature measured at 11.6C and 12.9C. Two trays of barfi, 1 tray of milk cakes, 1 tray of Khola Gulab observed to be stored under front display cooler measured at 14.9C. Barfi, milk cakes, and khola gulab are diary-based. Operator discard aformentioned items voluntarily.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned items. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are stored in a cooling unit able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot-holding unit measured between 40-54C internal temperature. Operator informed that potentially hazardous foods (curry, rice, vegetables) have been put the hot-holding unit an hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Re-heat all potentially hazardous foods in the hot-holding unit to 74C before puting it back to the hot-holding unit.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade and potato dicer observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned items. Ensure the aforementioned items are cleaned and sanitized after each-use.

Routine Inspeciton conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine. Bleach available on-site. Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle in the kitchen measured at 100ppm.
Walk-in cooler, line cooler, beverage cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.

NOTE: Ensure staff are constantly cleaning and sanitizing can opener blade, potato dicer after each-use. Do not mix detergent with bleach sanitizer. Bleach (chlorine-based) spray sanitizer bottle must be available for the front servicing area and kitchen area. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods must be stored in a cooling unit able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower or hot-held at 60C or higher.

Contact Health Inspector once expansion of Nav Sweets and Restaurant and Nav Sweets Hall is underway. Do not open Nav Sweets and Restaurant once construction/expansion commences.
