Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
All cooler units at or less than 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
Sliding freezer units at -10C. Continue to monitor freezer units to ensure frozen foods are kept less than or equal to -18C.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
3 compartment sink satisfactory and was setup. Sanitizing compartment was filled with a 200ppm quats solution.
Quats test strips available.
Hot holding of food products were kept at least 60C internally.
Verified internal cooking temperature of beef patties. Internal temperature was at least 71C.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
All food items were stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Temperature for the dairy product in the hopper was at 3C.
Time stamp system in use for sandwich prep area.
Facility has a monthly contract with a pest company. Pest report for May 2018 was available onsite.

Note:
To prevent fruit fly problem, ensure to flush all floor drains daily, especially the mop sink and to remove organics frequently throughout the day.
