Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A pan of onions were stored ontop of the kitchen hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): Do not block the hand sink. It must be accessible for handwashing at all times.

Observation: Some general cleaning required.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the floor and surrounding area under the grill as there's an accumulation of grease; clean the cupboard under the pop dispenser. Store the extra cup lids in a clean area.

Comments

General Comments:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Temperature logs were being maintained.
Foods in the hot holding unit were over 60 degrees Celsius.
First batch of meat patties are probed and the temperature recorded.
Condiments were time stamped.
Hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. DON'T STORE ANYTHING IN/ON THE HANDSINK (Handsink in the back had a pan being stored on top of it).
200ppm Quats was available for sanitizing.
Three compartment method of manual dishwashing is being employed.
Mgr on duty had FS level 1 certification (expires Aug. 4, 2023).
Exhaust hood had been serviced
Ecolab pest control was on a monthly contract. Last report reviewed. No concerns noted.
Storage Room upstairs: The cooler was at 3 degC; Freezer at -20 degC.
