-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -13C.
-Front under counter cooler was at 1C.
-Under counter freezer was at -9C.
-Burger freezer was at -13C.
-Front freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Burger patty was reheated to greater than 71C.
-Cooked onions were cooling in a shallow metal tray.
-Potentially hazardous foods stored at ambient temperature time tracked.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails changed every 30 minutes and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff observed practicing good hand hygiene practices.
-Equipment was found to be clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 23 2025.
