Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine spray bottle measured at >200ppm. Bleached out chlorine test strips.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare chlorine sanitizer spray bottle to measure between 100-200ppm. 1/4 tsp to 500mL water. Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle/bucket must be available at all times during operation to ensure proper sanitation of food contact surfaces.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Bulk bleach available.
Prep cooler, display cooler,walk-in cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Meat slicer in sanitary condition.

Overall, facility is well organized.

NOTE: Ensure that food contact surfaces (i.e.: Sandwich preparation table) is cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours. Provided manual dishwashing poster to operator.
