-Followup inspection -Cardboard liner removed -Food safety and sanitation plan still not provided. Refer to previous inspection report. -Dishwasher not hooked up to dish soap and rinse aid as per manufacturer's instructions. Operator called technician during inspection and technican will attend 5-6pm tonight to supply detergent and rinse aid. -All pots must fit in 3 compartment sink to be fully immersed in sanitizer solution. Future non-compliance may result in enforcement action.
