High temperature washer 75 deg C at plate level -ensure to warm-up for 30 minutes prior to use

Chemical Controls:
-Sanitizer (QUAT) dispenser and spray bottle >200ppm as per test strips

Wiping towels are single-use then hampered used with spray bottles

Daily tracking sheets maintained for fridges -**dishwasher should be checked daily as well -template provided
