- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm from main dispenser and in spray bottle
- Hot held food items were above 60C
- All coolers were at or below 4C. *Ensure the prep cooler at the front is equipped with a thermometer.
- All freezers were at or below -18C
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Second cook step is done for donair meat - good
- General sanitation excellent
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection

Note: Donair cone was being assembled at time of inspection; ensure it does not stay out at room temperature for longer than 2 hours.
