Corrective Action(s): Wash all glasses, pitchers, wine glasses, shot glasses etc. in the kitchen low temperature dishwasher until bar glass washer is serviced.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bagged still frozen chicken wings observed thawing in the utility sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is thawed in an acceptable manner. Thaw bagged chicken wings under cold running water or in the walk in cooler.

Observation:
- Designated hand sink hot water tap not in good working order. Hot water flow is variable but still available for use along with cold water.
- Bar glass washer registering 0ppm chlorine during the rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s):
- Staff aware of issue and technician to service the tap. Correct immediately.
- Service the bar glass washer and ensure at least 50ppm chlorine during the rinse cycle for sanitizing glassware. Correct immediately.
