Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Dried fish was in a bucket. Not tightly sealed with a lid
2. Bags of rice, flour and boxes of onion and ginger were on the floor
3. Raw perishable foods (shrimp and meats) were stored above vegetables in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to seal the bucket tightly with a lid
2. All foods must be placed off the floor at all times
3. All raw perishable foods must be stored below vegetables and cooked foods in the walk in cooler to avoid any possible chance of cross contamination.

Observation: Noted a number of flies in the kitchen. Most found in the dry storage room
Corrective Action(s): Remove flies from the facility. Contact a pest control service if the fly problem persists. Correct by today

2. Shelves- food debris stuck on the surface

Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas today. Thorough cleaning plan is required.
