Routine inspection conducted.

Observations:
- Temperature of front prep coolers (x2) recorded below 4C
- Internal temperature of insert with avocado paste and meat was recorded at 3C and 2.8C respectively
- Front undercounter cooler at 3C
- Walk in cooler at 3C
- Walk in freezer at -14C
- Hot holding units recorded above 60C.
- Front beverage cooler recorded at 6.5C and used for storing only non-PHF drinks.
- Temperature logs maintained and found up to date.
- Handwash sink available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for warewashing. 200ppm QUATs recorded at the dispensing unit.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in sanitizer pail and sanitizer spray bottle.
- As per the staff, the ice machine was cleaned and serviced by technician in the morning.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- General sanitation of the facility was excellent.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Feb 3, 2024).
