- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm. Ensure sanitizer solution is available at the front sandwich prep area as well as the back.
- Three-compartment sink was properly set up for manual warewashing
- Walk-in cooler, undercounter cooler, and prep cooler inserts were measured at 4C or colder
- Walk-in freezer temperature satisfactory
- Hot held food items were measured to be at 60C or hotter
