Follow-up inspection conducted:

CODE 206 in compliance. Hot foods stored at/above 60'C at this time. Two items had internal temperature ~54'C and 56'C, labelled to be cooked <2 hours prior to the inspection.

Correction Order issued on October 5th rescinded. Ensure all staffs are trained regarding proper storage of hot foods. All hot foods must be kept at or above 60'C at all times, and if to follow time monitoring system, each must be clearly and accurately labelled.
