Routine inspection conducted - Employees observed washing hands properly and in adequate frequency. Hand wash station fully supplied. Liquid soap and paper towels dispensers in good working order. - Food in walk in cooler measured at or below 4 degree C. Upright freezer measured at -18C. - Sandwich line cooler measured at or below 4C. Cutting board noted clean and maintained. Utensils stored properly. - Meat slicer noted clean and maintained. This equipment are being added to subways. Sanitation plan must be implemented. - QUAT 200-400 ppm available in sani buckets and wiping cloths stored properly. - Counters and other food contact surfaces noted clean. - General sanitation is satisfactory. - No sign of pest activity noted at this date. - 3- comp sink maintained.
