Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on May 30, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BCNV29). Temperature of walk-in cooler at 2C. Temperature of prep cooler at 2C (top & bottom). Large prep cooler at 2C. No concerns at time of inspection regarding temperature control. You may now use the coolers for the storage of potentially hazardous food provided that they maintain a temperature of 4C or less. Temperature logs should be taken daily. Remaining items from previous inspection will still need to be addressed by June 14, 2019.
