- Met with operator to discuss re-finishing of kitchen floors - A few test/sample areas were done - Ensure floors are redone such that they are non-absorbent, durable, smooth and easily cleanable (no cracks, crevices, uneven surfaces). - Ensure a professional flooring company/contractor is used - Operator stated floors will be re-done sometime in January - OK.
