Follow up inspection: -Lid of ice machine and upper component was re-secured. Make sure the side of the ice maker (where two panels are currently missing) is sealed as well to protect the ice from contamination. -Two sticky traps to capture flies were added in the office area and back storage area near the wall. -200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pail and from the dispenser at the 3-compartment sink. -Hot-held rice was at or above 60 degrees C.
