Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Yogurt, beans and corns stored in the undercounter cooler in the front were measured at 10C.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staffs to relocate these items to the reach in cooler. Potentially hazardous food must be stored at 4C or colder.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A jug of ice was stored inside the ice machine. Jug appears to be used to dispense water.
Corrective Action(s): Jug removed. Please do not store anything inside the ice machine as ice is consumed as food and food must be protected from contamination.

Observation: Fruit flies noted predominately around janitorial sink area. Mop bucket also has a little bit of water remaining.
Corrective Action(s): Please increase the sanitation around the janitorial sink area, and remember to empty the mop bucket to deter pest harbourage.
