Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted an open can with spoiled pineapples (mold on the top) in the walk-in cooler. The product has been discarded by an operator at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Discard spoiled product. Ensure that all food from cans transferred in food-grade containers. Do not leave it in open metal containers.

Note: Dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure that the dishwasher at list 71 deg C at final rinse.
Washrooms - clean; supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap and single use paper towels.

Recommendation:
- Seal a hole around pipes in W-washroom. Clean all mice droppings.
