Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats bucket had less than 100ppm Quats measured. Staff was advised to refill the bucket at this time. Repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the bucket changed on a more regular basis to keep the concentration of the sanitizer at 200ppm at all times.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezer operating at - 18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser.
- Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout.
NOTE: Hot holding units were turned on <1 hour prior to the inspection. Ensure all hot foods are reheated to 74'C or above before being hot held at 60'C or above as reiterated at this time.
