Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found no sanitizer has been used to sanitize the equipments, utensils and food contact surfaces (such as ice cream pop divider & spoons).
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Use sanitizer to sanitize all utensils, equipments and food contact surfaces. Apply sanitizer bucket to store wiping cloths between use. Utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized, followed by air dry.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found paper towel not in the dispenser, soap bottle is empty, no paper towel available in the upstair kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Ensure all handwash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towel in the dispenser & hot/cold running water.
